Ramya Sankaran has practised law since 2013, first in India and, since 2022, in Ontario. Her experience spans advisory, transactional and contentious work for individuals, families and businesses.
That breadth informs how she approaches a legal problem: understanding the relationships and interests behind the matter, identifying realistic options and choosing a course suited to the client's objectives.
A broader perspective
Ramya holds an LL.M. in Air & Space Law from McGill University and has published on international aviation, space law, technology and regulatory policy. Her academic and professional interests reflect a longstanding curiosity about how law operates across industries, jurisdictions and changing circumstances.
